I have been having a lot of problems with Fallout New Vegas lately, no matter just how much I want to play it. The biggest problem there is of course is the freeze that occurs when I sometimes VATS someone and the game freezes before it zooms in on the guy indefinitely. Two examples, this happened right outside of Primm once with a group of Escaped Convicts, most of them were fine but there is that ONE guy who would freeze the game when VATS'd. Another one just coming out of Nipton, a group of Vipers, most of them were fine, but then there was this one girl with a tire iron, wearing a piece of clothing from the Spice of Life mod that would just freeze the game if VATS'd. I even checked on console by clicking on her, she was from the main FalloutNV.esm.

This extends to some friendly NPCs as well, in the Mojave Outpost, Ghost for some reason would freeze the game when trying to talk to her. It randomly got fixed by doing nothing! But there is that one Travelling Merchant in there added by YUP that also freezes the game when spoken to. I am honestly at a loss, I have tried so hard to figure out the source of this crash by myself that I now turn to here. Please, help me.

Introduction

4. Speech therapy for swallowing difficulty

Swallowing difficulty is also known as dysphagia. The term is used for the condition where a person is unable to chew or swallow food due to some reasons. Here SLPs provide therapies to patients with swallowing difficulties to help them eat and swallow food properly.
Speech therapy for swallowing difficulty has three types:-
• Bedside Dysphagia Evaluation:- Visual examination of the swallowing condition. Keen observations on mouth jaw muscles and try to evaluate which suits best according to the condition.
• Modified Barium Swallow Evaluation (MBS):- It is done by a radiologist to watch the journey of barium-coated food which gives an accurate report of what is better in swallowing and what is stuck inside the mouth or throat.
• Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation (FEES):- where a radiologist will put a small fiberoptic tube from the nasal to observe the activities of the sound box and upper esophagus at the time of swallowing.
They give some exercises in homework like swallowing saliva every 10 minutes, Saying the word” HAWK” and Some movement while eating twice or thrice a day.

Different types of speech therapy

There are several methods for treating a fluency disorder:-

This method uses recording equipment like a recorder or tape recorder so that the patient can hear themselves speaking back to them. The speech therapist will then advise changes in the way the person speaks or sounds until they feel comfortable speaking without stuttering or slurring their words again.

2. Speech therapy for an articulation disorder:-

speech therapists know how hard it can be to overcome a speech problem, it can be frustrating to try and say something that hasn’t come out right, but when you get your speech back together again, it’s amazing how much better everything sounds!

I posted a while back asking about the Japan vs. western versions of Great Origin and Eternal Treasure.
I was told that the two versions of each are the same, only different packaging for Japan market and for export.
I bought a pack of the Japan version after that. It has a very unique and weird scent to me. Bittersweet in a way. Not inherently bad, sort of calming, but also very much not my thing.
I find little and varying information about ingredients (as often with this brand.) Shoyeido basically tells nothing: "Sandalwood and cinnamon combine to promote comfort and insight." Some shops state it has Sadalwood, Cinnamon, Frankincense and Myrrh, others name Camphor instead. I find those descriptions for both versions.
The last recommendation seeking post on Shoyeido reminded me of it and about the tiny sample set I bought a while after this purchase. Yesterday, I compared and they are very much not the same! It's only one of those 1/3 Stick samples so it's no in-depth impression but this sample has a prominent Frankincense note, resting on some spices, with a hint of sweetness alongside. Totally different profile.
I flaired this post "Review" even if it's not really one? Basically I only wated to share this observation and want to hear what other Shoyeido burners think.
