So I bought the physical copy of nice automata and it came with the code for the dlc and a bunch of like pod skins and stuff. Everyone has told me the pod skins should be in your key items though I can't find them there. Going to the ps4 store let me download the full arena dlc but I can't find the items anywhere. Why?

I started a job in February. I gave them my account information for direct deposit. From then on, I’d receive an email showing me the paystub. Because of that, I assumed the money was going into my account.
Recently my bank contacted me to tell me that my account is overdrawn. I went to the bank to figure out what was happening. They went through all of my records and found that NONE of my paychecks were going to my account.
So as it stands, I’m owed nearly $12k. I’ve told my employer who verified that the money was going into a different account. All he said was he was going to look into it. This was over a week ago and he’s been avoiding me. What can I do?

Hi all, I bought new hardware to build my actual PC.
The components are an i5 12400F, with 16GB Ram Kingston 3200mhz, and a Gigabyte B760M DSH3 DDR4. With an Samsung SSD m.4 Nvme, a GTX1060, and a 600W Power Supply from my old Setup.
1st "weird" thing, was that, after all being mounted, i turn on the PC to access the Bios, and the PC turn on the lights, but doesn't turn on the system to Bios. After many attempts, around 20/30mins trying, he turned on. I access the bios, reboot, and the PC, went to Windows as usual but that comes the strange part........... the SSD with Windows, was the SSD from my old PC (not formatted - he was the Windows from last setup and devices)... lol Is supposed a system turn on "normally", when the SSD/HDD, was the one used on a total different machine without formatting ??
PS: Obviously, after that first "wrong" boot, I formatted, and put a new Windows Fresh installation.
Besides that, one of the main issues is that, the CPU Fan as a LOT RPM spikes - Ramp UP / DOWN Randomly like crazy, even with PC on IDLE - or very low usage, - just being on windows, opening folder's or something. I supposed (from my experience) that its not normal at all - with my old Setup and a very weaker CPU - an i5 9400F - that was never happened.

- First of all, the CPU FAN work like the CPU was always on high usage. By itself, the Fan rotates at High RPM's, but its absolutely instable... its at 1500/1600RPM's, and by nothing, ramp up to 2000/2200/2500RPM'S, and many times to 3000/3200RPM's, with no reason... since i'm not playing games or even using high CPU usage software - only using windows or browsing. Apart this, i've already have set a smooth Fan Curve on Bios, since with the Standard CPU Fan curve, its simply horrible and worts. Its was like, being at side of a airplane. Anyway, even after setup the Fan curve on Bios, the Fan it acts like crazy. It is a little smoother now, but even so its too noticeable the Fan ramping UP and Down with no reason. The Fan looks like exactly a F1 motor speeding lol, rarely the Fan stays on "IDLE" RPM's, with the PC/System also on IDLE. Looks like the SensoFan, doesn't match with the CPU Load's. Many (many) times, i have the PC turned On, but i was not at the PC ( just sitted near the PC or something), and i hear the Fan Ramping Up and Down, like i was using the PC "heavily"... But the PC is IDLE, with nothing opened.... and i am not even touching the PC... lol

- The 2nd problem, is that when i have the PC on Idle, or with very low usage (one more time) sometime the CPU usage easily went to 40/50/60% (and this happens all day, and many times). I've check the Task manager, and are always different processes "using" the CPU... But, i have the exact same CPU usage, that i have with the 9400F, and with this one i Never had this kind of issues, and this CPU is half powerful compared to this new 12400F. So... Being the 12400F Twice powerful, should be expected that the CPU make (a lot) less effort and have less CPU usage? that was not happening. Most weird... is that if i was in a game, its works "normal". Obviously, on game its supposed the FAN and CPU be in use... so maybe i doesn't notice anything abnormal, but the Game runs normally. The main issue, is when the system is on IDLE, or with very/or none usage, the CPU and FAN acts like crazy.
I do feel, that something is wrong. But i don't know and can't find what. I lost dozen of hours testing, searching online to answer's, and i can't find anything. I've updated the Bios to last firmware version, I've contacted Intel (they told me that they could send me a new cooler lol - but that does not solve the problem, since its not only a Fan problem ), I've contacted Gigabyte explain the issues, and i only get and answer telling to use the warranty. They don't answer to any of my questions, so i returned to the 1point... What is causing all this ? Its the MOBO damaged? It's the MOBO that performs Bad by itself ? It's the CPU ? Cooler ? In fact, i have few more days, to i could send back this hardware to the store and they refund me or send me replace parts. I could also be refunded and choose to buy new pieces. But I NEED to know which part is causing problems, so i don't make the same error again, and bought Hardware with bad performance issues.
The only conclusion i take, is that the Motherboard has issues with voltage/VRM or something, and its sending wrong commands and information's to system, causing high Fan RPM's, and weird CPU usage with no reason. Or maybe the CPU is damaged.... But from all the software that i use to test the CPU, every test concludes that the CPU is fine.
TBH, in many years, is my 1st Gigabyte Motherboard, and i am nothing impressed with this board. Has Heatsink in Half VRM's, has a heatsink for the SSD, but the Bios is just horrible. Super slow, confusing options, etc. This Gigabyte B760M DSH3 DDR4 motherboard/BIOS, is 10 times worst compared with my old (super low end) H310M PRO-M2 PLUS. Sorry to Gigabyte Fan's, and could be just placebo effect, but honestly i was not very impressed with the Board, and i feel that this board is not stable. Although I have an Gigabyte GTX1060, and i have nothing to say against, it performs super Good. Maybe just Gigabyte, it's not great to made low/mid end Motherboards.
PS: I forget to mention, that many times i see the task manager and i have always tasks at "very high energy consumption" even with low cpu task, or PC almost non being used. And sometimes i feel the system crashing/freezing, its a very quick freeze, but i notice. Also using the mouse, many times i click on anything, and does not work, like if the mouse is missing. But its a brand new Razer mouse, and I've i also tried with different mice, and happens the same, so obviously its not the mouse. This is one more symptom that tells me that just could be a Faulty motherboard or CPU.
If i am using a task/program heavily its normal that the CPU usage and Energy consumption goes up, its the way it works and should be. But im getting heavy CPU/Energy Usage, and High Fan RPM's with no Reason, even with the PC on total IDLE, and even sometimes, im not even using the PC and the FAN starts spinning High, and i went to check task manager, and have any task with very high usage. Looks Like this CPU/System, is reaching the Max/very high CPU usage all the time, with no explainable reason.
Windows fresh install. No Virus, no spyware, no running background programs. Just random High CPU usage, total Random Fan RPM's Speed causing a lot noise (of course), and always task's with very high energy consumption with no reason. I'm comparing the performance , behaviour and CPU/Energy usage, to my last setup with i5 9400F (with half Ram - 8GB 2400mhz on 9400f system, instead of 16GB 3200mhz that i have now), and i don't remember to have any of this issues in 3years. For a new and better Setup, is not working like is supposed. Not telling, that on Windows/Browsing/Programs, i can't notice any better performance or improvement between the 2 - what is expected to have and notice. Just in game, yes, i do feel a performance upgrade. But in all around tasks on windows no. That fact put me in doubt about if the Setup is truly working as is supposed, and I'm sure its not. Just a "detail": even a simple reboot were faster on my old Setup ( yeah, i've already turned on FastBoot on BIOS, with no differences). I don't know what to think.
I appreciate, any help and ideas from what could be the cause of this. So I can ask to Replace the part's for the same model's, OR, choose to buy different Motherboard and CPU, that fits my Budget. I'm not a heavy gamer, just play CS:GO, and one or other game casually. I mainly use the PC to browsing, and working. Sometimes i need to have few tabs open to work with. I don't need high end Hardware... Just Hardware that works good, like it is supposed. Its awkward, but i Upgraded to a twice better system
Sorry for the long text, but i've spend dozen of hours testing, searching, reading everything about this ( i also have IT experience ), and i've got no conclusion. And last me only few days to decide what to do... ask for replace the part's, or ask for refund and buy another parts.

I'm kind of confused by this whole situation and need some perspective on if I'm in the wrong or not. My fiancee recently completed a year of study in the UK and while he was there, I went to visit him twice. FIL loves the UK and has been so many times and was excited for me to visit as I had never been before. He mentioned that he has a bunch of oyster cards (that you use to pay for the tube/subway) so I could have one of his so I wouldn't need to bother waisting time getting my own. The card had around 2 pounds on it when he gave it to me. The first time I went we ended up using the tube loads and I wasted a fair bit of money on international credit card fees every time I loaded my card so on the second trip, I just loaded 200 pounds onto it on the first day to save myself those extra fees. We ended up not using it nearly as much due to me getting sick part way through the second trip, and so I still have close to 120 pounds on the card.
I didn't think much of this at all because I figured at some point in the future we'll end up going back to the UK and I can use it then so I've just had it in my wallet for the past few months. Recently, FIL told me he realized he was missing one of his cards and asked me when I was going to give his back to him. I expressed my confusion as I had not realized he had wanted it back (and he definitely never said the word borrow or loan when he gave it to me, he specifically said he had a card I could have). I explained the situation that I have 120 pounds on the card and that I'd like to hold onto it. He became extremely upset and said that I am so entitled for assuming he was gifting it to me and thinking I could keep something that someone loaned to me. I apologized and offered to pay him for the 2 pounds initially on the card plus any fees it might have cost to get the card (I am not sure if they charge a fee or not). I also suggested to my fiancee that his dad could pay me for the 120 pounds left on the card (minus the fees and 2 pounds I mentioned above) if he really just wants the physical card back. I also looked into if there is anyway to get the 120 pounds refunded but that doesn't seem possible without a UK bank account which I do not have.
I never would have taken the card in the first place if I had known he'd want it back. It seemed pretty easy to get a new card at the machine and I definitely would have just done that if I had known. Should I just bite the bullet and lose the 120 pounds? I never imagined a little plastic card would cause this big of an issue but he's very upset about it. AITA for assuming that I could keep the card he gave me?

First of all- No spoilers please :)
It's been a while since I've played FO4, but I've just purchased all of the DLC from the Playstation Store (It's on sale cheap right now!). I'm just wondering what would be the best way to experience the DLC (Far Harbour and Nukaworld mostly)- New playthrough, or an old save. My game is all vanille.
My survival mode character at about level 75. It's at the point where the survival element doesn't pose much of a challenge. My main concern with using this character is that the DLC will be too easy, and I'll just blow through it no problem. This could also feel weird from a role playing perspective, just jumping back into this character after such a long break.
I am leaning towards starting a new character. I'm just antsy to start the DLC, and I'm not really sure how soon into a playthrough I can jump into it. Also, the absolute slog of the early levels in survival mode, which is arguably the best part. I would probably do survival, it's hard to go back to regular.

For more than a month, I have spent almost every single day late into the night trying to find a printer. Each morning I wake up, determined this is the day I will place an order. And each night I go to sleep thinking "I'll buy it tomorrow". I have spreadsheet after spreadsheet and write myself notes to keep track of everything because I've read so much. There are ones that I want but I need to rob a bank to afford them.
And nothing changes.
I have missed so many report deadlines, considered writing the reports by hand or sending them to a local store to print them out for me. There are many forms I need to send but without a scanner, I can't get them into an email to send them to the print store.

Originally I was going to buy an inkjet for $200, only to learn that was not a good idea. Then I learn if I don't print more often than I'm inclined to print, I'll be stuck with cleaning jobs that could be a horror. Yesterday I learned that if I get a super tank, I have to deal with waste pads. What are they?! And why didn't I even know they were important for the more-than-one-month that I've been looking at printers? So now I'm looking at Canon lasers, only to learn the one that was recommended was 35 pounds. How am I, a 5'2" woman, going to carry that from the condo entryway into a 4 story elevator? Just moving it into my condo will be a challenge.

So today I went to the Canon website. Maybe I can find one that doesn't require me to be able to lift weights. Found some. Minimal info. All out of stock. Oh - Best Buy has some. Pickup only.

So I have this guy who I´ve been friend with since way before starting my transition and things are getting a bit weird.
He´s way kinder, buys me things and generally treats me pretty gently, and I like it, I think.
He´s also been more expresive and complimenting me, saying how pretty I look or just generally throwing half-jokes. Also he confessed me in a vc while playing League and I just didnt know how to react, I went all silent.

I had a really intense day of work today at the end of a very stressful, pressured week and was struck by a mid afternoon craving for bubble tea.
I’m used to living in a little village where if you crave something like that, too bad lol you have to wait until you’re in town. But then, a wave of realisation hit me… I AM IN TOWN! And I have Uber eats!!
Filled with excitement and feeling like I really deserved this, I loaded up the app. And there are 3 bubble tea stores that will deliver! Oh, but there’s an order minimum for them all… well, at that point the disappointment would have been so much. I’m the only one left in the office, covering a colleague who ditched me and others left early (they had to be in early, I don’t resent them). No one else could get in on the order. So I figured one for now, and I could get bonus bubble tea for me and my daughter to have after dinner. There’s a fridge at work, it will keep.
The tea was SO GOOD. SO WORTH IT. I got cream crown jadeite tea with boba. Omg heaven. And at quitting time I packed up the 2 dessert teas.
Only… shock… my daughter didn’t like it. She has never had bubble tea before. I thought she would love it, it’s like candy-milkshake in a way. I got one Ophelia rose aloe and she liked the taste but not the jelly, and she just plain didn’t like the mulberry or boba. I’ve said to give popping boba a go. But that leaves me with two whole teas left.
I could have saved one. I could have saved them both.
But it’s a very hot day. I am very tired. And the bubble tea is delicious.
So, I’m now more tea than human.

Things were different when summer hit. Every year she made the pilgrimage to the capital Themyscira City for its’ countless summer festivals, all incredibly elaborate and bustling with tourists. Her first year as an adult also meant it was the first year where she could make this trek on her own and really enjoy the festivities to their fullest.
Thousands of women from all over the massive continent flocked to the capital during this time; it was always so exciting seeing all of the children playing in the rolling hills and large fields outside the city walls.
Not to mention all of the important High Priestesses and other officials who’d arrive to Themyscira City with their legions of Priestesses and other followers.
If you were lucky, you’d maybe get to see an Immortal too. Only Demi-Gods, as the Gods didn’t simply let mere mortals bask in their presence. Though considering that they were the original Amazons it was still incredibly exciting.
And in any case, the diversity of the city mixed with the diversity in tourists tended to make the Amazons forget about the…tensions between the various Houses of Themyscira.
Themyscira had once been a place to get away from the wars and squabbles of the gods, but after hundreds of thousands of years of development the continent was split between regions ruled by the different political Houses, each devoted to their own God or Goddess. Even the mortals were all descended from the Gods original creations, so Alessa supposed this made some sense.
But things had been getting worse over the past hundred years and the capital was like a powder keg even during joyous times such as these.
Alessa parked her pegasus Percy about a hundred yards from the front gates of the city, a heavy sigh left her lips as she hopelessly gazed at the hordes of people orderly making their way through the gates. Ugh, it’d probably be hours before she could get in.
She’d hoped she could have gotten there early but Percy’s wings had gone tired. Even then, he found it more fun to prance through the hills and Alessa had to chase him around for nearly a half hour.
“Ugh, this is wonderful. I’d be eating Tarhkaran Squid or watching the Daughters of Artemis marksman contest if we could only just fly over the walls. We’d likely get shot down.” The raven haired young woman rolled off Percy and collapsed onto the soft grass.
Only after a moment of rest was she suddenly greeted by the sound of heavy, thunderous steps. The Warrior Caste that belonged to Argos, home to the House of Ares. Alessa quickly jumped onto Percy and the frightened horse squealed as it pushed itself several dozen feet into the air to avoid the marching battalion of soldiers.
Their carriages were carried by several massive, gnarling beasts that were practically treated as pets where they were from. This was always the most intimidating part of the summer festivities to Alessa, representatives from the various Warrior Castes would gather together in the capital as a show of peace.
Amazons had once been a tribe of exclusively warriors in the early days, but things changed once they’d removed themselves from the violent and warmongering ways of man. For the most part.
She gazed in awe at the hardened soldiers. Black steel armor. Helmets that shrouded their faces. Blades and spears heavier than a normal person could reasonably carry. And glowing with various enchantments.
“Wh-whoa!” Alessa managed to gasp. The entire crowd of civilians parted to let the warriors through.
The Warrior Castes only seemed to show up to the capital more armed every year. She was surprised the Argosians hadn’t come with twice the artillery as anyone else just to flex their might. There really was something eery in the air this year. Some even called for the cancellation of the festivals this year. Alessa truly hoped her suspicions wouldn’t come to fruition.

Hello everyone! You can call me Janglesh. My timezone is PST, I’m a 23 year old multi para writer looking to worldbuild a greek mythology setting taking place on Themyscira, home of the Amazons!
This is an idea that I’ve been really craving to explore and flesh out with someone who loves worldbuilding just as much as I do! I left aspects of the world and culture and plot a bit open so we can come up with things together, and everything is also up to change if you have your own ideas! I’d really love to contribute to this world equally with someone and conjure up a setting and story that’ll really set our imaginations on fire!
The basic setup is that thousands of years ago, the original Amazons created their own realm to get away from the war between the Gods over who controlled the human realm. Themyscira is home to only women, the descendents of the original Amazons. It is a massive, fantastical realm full of amazing creatures and magic gifted to them by the Gods.
It’s divided into several regions, each controlled by worshippers of each God. Things have been peaceful but lately there’s been growing tension.
I’d love for this to have an ensemble cast, I enjoy having multiple character types working off of each other and trying out different dynamics. Obviously we’d still each have mains that we focus on, though.
General Requirements:
•Be an adult. The roleplay will be sfw, but I’m pretty uncomfortable with writing with someone who’s not an adult.
•Be interested in conversing and discussing the roleplay, as well as mutual collaboration. Collaborating and brainstorming together makes the rp so much more fun! OOC chatter is also appreciated.
•Be detailed and multi para.
•Be willing to write multiple characters, I will do the same. We’ll have mains, but I love having side characters and stuff to make the world and story feel more three dimensional and fleshed out.

(I don’t know much about cars but if you guys have questions I can see about technical terms, my dad helped me with the mechanic because I didn’t know what was going on)
[I also live in Washington state] Last year during the summer, I took my car into the shop for routine maintenance and they had told me that they damaged it. They couldn’t remove the CV axel from the transmission and we have text messages from them saying that they froze, blowtorched, and took a hammer to it. They did replace my transmission and I paid for most everything they did to my car despite the damage (they didn’t do everything that they set out to do but they returned my car in a driveable state). They had my car for nearly a month. We did take it into another shop to check and make sure everything was ok to drive and they said I should be fine.
A few weeks ago, I was the victim of a hit and run. Since they hit the front ride side of my car it caused alignment issues and I took my car back to the shop that checked the work of the shop that damaged my car. Now they’ve called me to say there is “damage to the underside of my car but no physical symptoms” (like evidence of it being from the hit and run) and specifically they suspect something is wrong with the CV axel. My dad told me that what immediately occurred to him was they probably use old parts to replace that axel.
I have a feeling it’s going to be quite costly to fix this issue and since I was in a hit and run and they did not catch the person who did it, it’s likely going to be me and my insurance that pays for it. I was wondering, especially since we have evidence of damage from the first shop and I really don’t feel like I should have paid in full to be returned a damaged car, could I take the first shop to small claims court? What would I need to do to get started on that? Would it even be worth it to take them to small claims? I did already google a bit but it’s a lot of info to break down and I would appreciate a point in the right direction :)

Her first year as an adult also meant it was the first year where she could make this trek on her own and really enjoy the festivities to their fullest.
Thousands of women from all over the massive continent flocked to the capital during this time; it was always so exciting seeing all of the children playing in the rolling hills and large fields outside the city walls.
Not to mention all of the important High Priestesses and other officials who’d arrive to Themyscira City with their legions of Priestesses and other followers.
If you were lucky, you’d maybe get to see an Immortal too. Only Demi-Gods, as the Gods didn’t simply let mere mortals bask in their presence. Though considering that they were the original Amazons it was still incredibly exciting.
And in any case, the diversity of the city mixed with the diversity in tourists tended to make the Amazons forget about the…tensions between the various Houses of Themyscira.
Themyscira had once been a place to get away from the wars and squabbles of the gods, but after hundreds of thousands of years of development the continent was split between regions ruled by the different political Houses, each devoted to their own God or Goddess. Even the mortals were all descended from the Gods original creations, so Alessa supposed this made some sense.
But things had been getting worse over the past hundred years and the capital was like a powder keg even during joyous times such as these.
Alessa parked her pegasus Percy about a hundred yards from the front gates of the city, a heavy sigh left her lips as she hopelessly gazed at the hordes of people orderly making their way through the gates. Ugh, it’d probably be hours before she could get in.
She’d hoped she could have gotten there early but Percy’s wings had gone tired. Even then, he found it more fun to prance through the hills and Alessa had to chase him around for nearly a half hour.
“Ugh, this is wonderful. I’d be eating Tarhkaran Squid or watching the Daughters of Artemis marksman contest if we could only just fly over the walls. We’d likely get shot down.” The raven haired young woman rolled off Percy and collapsed onto the soft grass.
Only after a moment of rest was she suddenly greeted by the sound of heavy, thunderous steps. The Warrior Caste that belonged to Argos, home to the House of Ares. Alessa quickly jumped onto Percy and the frightened horse squealed as it pushed itself several dozen feet into the air to avoid the marching battalion of soldiers.
Their carriages were carried by several massive, gnarling beasts that were practically treated as pets where they were from. This was always the most intimidating part of the summer festivities to Alessa, representatives from the various Warrior Castes would gather together in the capital as a show of peace.
Amazons had once been a tribe of exclusively warriors in the early days, but things changed once they’d removed themselves from the violent and warmongering ways of man. For the most part.
She gazed in awe at the hardened soldiers. Black steel armor. Helmets that shrouded their faces. Blades and spears heavier than a normal person could reasonably carry. And glowing with various enchantments.
“Wh-whoa!” Alessa managed to gasp. The entire crowd of civilians parted to let the warriors through.
The Warrior Castes only seemed to show up to the capital more armed every year. She was surprised the Argosians hadn’t come with twice the artillery as anyone else just to flex their might. There really was something eery in the air this year. Some even called for the cancellation of the festivals this year. Alessa truly hoped her suspicions wouldn’t come to fruition.

Hello everyone! You can call me Janglesh. My timezone is PST, I’m a 23 year old multi para writer looking to worldbuild a greek mythology setting taking place on Themyscira, home of the Amazons!
This is an idea that I’ve been really craving to explore and flesh out with someone who loves worldbuilding just as much as I do! I left aspects of the world and culture and plot a bit open so we can come up with things together, and everything is also up to change if you have your own ideas! I’d really love to contribute to this world equally with someone and conjure up a setting and story that’ll really set our imaginations on fire!
The basic setup is that thousands of years ago, the original Amazons created their own realm to get away from the war between the Gods over who controlled the human realm. Themyscira is home to only women, the descendents of the original Amazons. It is a massive, fantastical realm full of amazing creatures and magic gifted to them by the Gods.
It’s divided into several regions, each controlled by worshippers of each God. Things have been peaceful but lately there’s been growing tension.
I’d love for this to have an ensemble cast, I enjoy having multiple character types working off of each other and trying out different dynamics. Obviously we’d still each have mains that we focus on, though.
General Requirements:
•Be an adult. The roleplay will be sfw, but I’m pretty uncomfortable with writing with someone who’s not an adult.
•Be interested in conversing and discussing the roleplay, as well as mutual collaboration. Collaborating and brainstorming together makes the rp so much more fun! OOC chatter is also appreciated.
•Be detailed and multi para.
•Be willing to write multiple characters, I will do the same. We’ll have mains, but I love having side characters and stuff to make the world and story feel more three dimensional and fleshed out.

Hi all, FTM (35F) of a wonderful, perfect 3 month old baby girl.
This will be a long post but I wanted to write somethings down for my own processing and to simply share some of the things that we've gone through since LO arrived. My intention is not to scare or trigger anyone but rather share my story in the hopes that others might find some normalcy and support.
If you're anything like me I was scouring the internet prior to delivery. LO was ultimately delivered at 41w1d and I was HUGE. I'm 5'3" and I had gained over 50 lbs almost entirely in my belly. I was curb walking as much as possible and I did all of the things - eating dates, raspberry tea, exercises, stretches - anything to get baby to come on her own. I was having contractions for weeeeeks but nothing that ever escalated into true labor. I was exhausted despite my entire pregnancy being pretty textbook. There were no red flags at any point despite having done all of the standard tests and ultrasounds. Everything was pointing towards an easy delivery and healthy baby.
I was very done with pregnancy and, against my original plans (a theme), I decided to get induced. Went into the hospital on the evening of Feb 27 and had cervidil (sp??). It's supposedly more chill than pitocin. Things started happening around the morning of Feb 28. I was having real contractions and things were moving! The midwives were stoked that I responded so favorably without pitocin. Then things really started to ramp up. I was in triage waiting to be transferred to L&D (another theme) and was having really intense contractions. I finally (against what I had initially wanted) decided to take a narcotic. I needed a break and I was many hours away from full dilation plus I couldn't get an epidural until I was in L&D. Oof huge mistake. My contractions were just as intense as ever except during the in between I was having hallucinations. Luckily I had experienced drugs similar before so I knew what was going on but it worried my partner a lot (another theme). At this point I'm vomiting, my nurse is trying to get me transferred asap, my doula shows up and is trying to help me, and I'm wavering between screaming pain and having wild (and hilarious?) hallucinations.
Finally I'm cleared to transfer to L&D. Puke cup in hand, my nurse is running with me barely sitting in a wheelchair. I was so hot at that point that I remember it felt like a welcomed cool breeze. Partner is chasing behind us with far too many pieces of luggage in tow. We burst in the room and I was demanding to sit on the toilet but mostly was so blinded by pain I didn't really know what was going on or what I needed. Once again the doulas did their best to help me calm down and get through it. One of the nurses looked me dead in the eyes and was like "You can sit on that toilet but DO NOT push." I'm like 6 centimeters at this point and I couldn't believe the sensations pulsing through my body. I had wanted to wait for an epidural but I knew then that I needed it asap. I was able to miraculously sit still and felt the numbing cold take over. It was amazing. The next few hours were spent hanging out and getting to know the doulas. The nurse told me that my contractions were off the charts. Apparently they were lasting for two minutes and were shaped like a plateau instead of a gentle curve. My midwives were great and everyone was very encouraging and happy with my progress. I was almost fully dilated and we decided to burst my waters.
I was excited. There was A LOT of amniotic fluid. Unfortunately it was brown which indicated that baby had passed meconium which, given how over due I was, wasn't out of the ordinary. It also meant that NICU staff would be present for the delivery once the time came. I was finally ready to start pushing. Minutes turned into hours. My baby's head was through my cervix but she seemed stuck. 4 hours went by with no progress so we made the difficult decision to have a C section. It would be another 2 hours before an OR would open up so I just had to wait. By this point the epidural was wearing off and I was having break through contractions but I couldn't do anything with them because we knew the baby wasn't coming any other way.
This is where things really go south so stop reading if you need to <3.
Once I'm finally in the OR it's like 4AM. I'm strapped and straddled on the operating table and I can't stop shaking. It was terrifying. My partner is there with me but all I remember is fear. I also remember double checking with my nurse that NICU staff was in the room. The surgeons then test to see that I've had enough anesthesia which I hadn't so they had to give me fentanyl so things could get a move on. Eventually I felt no pain, just the movement of the procedure. I was laying there waiting to hear my baby's cries and to finally have her on my chest. I felt a lot of movement in my abdomen and I remember asking "Is that the baby? Is she dancing?" and the anesthesiologist said "No they're delivering your placenta and performing a fundal massage to prevent hemorrhage." This is when I knew something was really wrong. Those are the things they do after the baby's been born but I didn't hear my baby nor did I see her. I begin asking what's going on, I ask my partner if he can see her. He can't. All he can see is a lot of movement from different doctors. They finally tell us that she needs to be admitted to the NICU. I ask to at least see her and she's wheeled by me in a bassinet already swaddled and en route. We found out much later (when we were ready to hear what happened) that when she was born she had aspirated a lot of meconium and wasn't breathing. Her APGAR score was a 3. She was immediately intubated and it took around 10 minutes to resuscitate her (miraculously she didn't suffer brain damage).
Afterwards we were taken into a recovery room. We had been awake for over 24 hours at this point and were exhausted, devastated, and confused. We didn't know what happened and were waiting for news while I had to endure more fundal massages. A NICU doctor came to my bedside to inform us that they suspected she has having seizures, was at high risk of a blood infection, and may have some kind of genetic issue. We were in hysterics. Just totally beside ourselves. The nurses that had been with us came to say goodbye with tears in their eyes. They knew we had been traumatized and I think they may have been too.
They told us they were waiting for a postpartum room near the NICU to open up so we were just waiting. At this point, my baby was still very abstract to me. I was much more concerned about my very exhausted partner who had witnessed all of the trauma that happened. And was still carrying all of our stupid bags that I had packed. I sent him to the NICU to go see the baby. She was on oxygen and in an incubator. Her face was swollen from being stuck in the birth canal for 6 hours. I got to see her a few hours later but I could only touch her cheek. As I was leaving she was being hooked up to an EEG to check for seizures. We finally, after many hours, were moved into our postpartum room where I insisted we both take a nap before returning to the NICU. By this point we had delivered the news to our friends and families and let people know to please not reach out. It's hard to communicate the complexity of feelings we had. It was so devastating yet he and I felt so bonded together. Nothing else mattered but the three of us.
I'm told the weather was beautiful that day. I hadn't even considered a world existed outside of us. I didn't remember an outside until days had gone by. He pushed me in my wheelchair to get some food one morning and I saw the sun. I didn't remember there was a sun or that other people were just going about their days.
While LO was in the NICU she had every test under the sun and all of them kept coming back favorably. She wasn't having seizures, her brain looked great, her heart looked great, etc. Except there was still a question of a possible genetic issue but no one knew for sure. Her eyes were bulging but it could have been because of birth trauma or she just sort of looked like that. It wasn't until she had her hearing test that something went wrong again. I found solace in knowing failed hearing tests are pretty common and we'd just have to wait to meet with an audiologist for confirmation. During our stay I became a breast pumping machine. It was the only thing I could do on my own to help. I was immobilized from the C section and I felt so very hopeless that pumping was the one thing that gave me some satisfaction. LO had a significant tongue tie so latching proved impossible. My partner bonded with the baby immediately - he did the bulk of her care while in the NICU. For me, however, it took time. It's hard to admit but if I'm being honest it took me a few weeks to really fall in love and bond with her. I think part of it was the delivery and because I wasn't physically able to do the bulk of her care in the NICU. Also, I was in a grieving period. I was grieving the labor experience I hoped for and I was grieving the child I thought I was going to have.
After 5 incredibly long yet miraculous days we were both discharged together. We had a long list of follow up appointments but we didn't care. We were going home and it was a beautiful day. We laugh/cried the whole way home.
Close friends and both of our parents were there when we arrived home with an overwhelming amount of food. We were grateful. But also, hearing the excitement from others was really difficult for a long time. It took awhile for us to appreciate being congratulated. It felt like a stab every time.
That first week we had a number of doctors appointments. When she went to get her tongue tie snipped, her ENT discovered that she didn't have ear canals. Her external ear was fully formed but her middle ear was a closed pit. There were a lot of tears that day. It was the first time something was decidedly "wrong" and it was the first time there was a strong hint towards a genetic issue.
I don't remember the sequence of events and diagnoses - it was an emotional whirlwind. We learned that she has two chromosomal deletions of which the symptoms and severity vary greatly and we won't know the full extent of her disabilities for years. She does have conductive hearing loss (though I generally say she's deaf because its true and its a little easier to explain) and will be receiving a bone anchored hearing aid (BAHA). We're also invested in learning ASL so that she will have access to both spoken and signed language. She has strabismus (lazy eye) and ptosis (droopy eye) as well as craniosynostosis. She will be undergoing intense skull surgery later this year. Despite all of this she is thriving.
During the early weeks of postpartum I was not well. My partner had no time off and my family, while good intentioned, didn't really know how to talk about or meaningfully support a special needs child. It became clear that I needed some medical intervention so I enrolled in intensive therapy and began taking SSRIs. It may have saved our lives. I was not well and I knew it. I was struggling to bond and I was so devastated by her health outlook on top of all the normal lack of sleep, breast pumping stress, and lack of familial support that I needed to actively make a change. I did and I'm glad for it. I'm in a much better place now!
The love and joy I feel towards my child is unbelievable. People say that children bring joy to your life and it's really true. I love her with my whole heart. I am and will probably always be saddened by some of the trials she will be forced to endure in this world - her life will not be easy. But I am so committed to being at her side every step of the way. I love her totally and completely. Its hard to explain in words the depth of love I have for her. She's not what we imagined but no child ever is. Prior to her being born we always said we'd love and support her no matter who she became and that remains the case.

I really think that I am suffering from an nervous breakdown. I’m reaching out to this community because you all might be able to understand where I am coming from. At least that is my hope with this long post.
I can’t find a doctor that is able to help me, and the waiting lists to see these autonomic specialist are nearly a year + long. And anyway, what is it worth driving hours and hours away to see one and then just tell me “there’s nothing I can do to fix it”. To me, it seems pointless. What is a diagnosis of this condition going to do for me? Maybe help me out for insurance purposes but that’s about it.
I have a few concerns and I apologize if some of these symptoms are too much information. But I need to be honest about it to try and get some help from experienced individuals. If you can help me in anyway, please feel free to reply or even send me a DM. I would love to talk to you!

1. I find that when I am up and moving around (on my feet as I am a nurse and get very busy walking the floors of the hospital) my hands get beat red. I guess it’s from all of the blood rushing but I don’t understand why this happens. I have attached a picture of my hand down below. My partner says that my hand looks “normal”? I feel like it’s not normal. Let me know what you think.

1. It doesn’t happen EVERY time I stand up, but it happens extremely often. When I go from sitting down (not lying down) I hear pulsatile tinnitus in my ears. I also get a stuffy head feeling like my sinuses are closed shut. After a few seconds of standing, the PT stops. I don’t hear my heartbeat in my ear anymore. This makes me fearful of sitting down. It especially happens when I get out of the car from driving. It doesn’t have to be a long car ride, either.
   
2. After I have sex with my spouse, something weird happens. It doesn’t happen as soon as it’s over, but when I am laying in bed, I feel these zaps or what I guess you would call, “minor adrenaline surges” as if I am being slightly electrocuted. It is an odd sensation to describe. I guess it is more of a “wave” (?) of shock or some kind of physical disturbance. I guess my nervous system doesn’t like it if I have an orgasm!? Lol. It’s not hard for me either. I don’t have a problem reaching that (thank God :) But, what are these waves that overcome me?
   
3. I get random hot flashes. I am not menopausal so I know it’s not that. I check my body temperature and it’s normal. I feel this only happens when I am at work and rushing around and the blood is pumping. I never get these hot flashes when I am at home just relaxing.
   
4. Sometimes, I get goosebumps. If I am thinking about something that interests me or makes me happy, or I am singing away to a song, I’ll get them. I think it’s a form of my body showing happiness. LOL.
   
5. I get a sudden rush of panic/adrenaline when I am falling asleep at night. I am nearly all the way asleep (like in that twilight phase) and I will get jumped awake and my HR will skyrocket up to the 130’s. Then I am able to quickly calm down and fall asleep. They are sheer attacks of panic that come out of nowhere, which leads me to believe that when I am just laying there and trying to fall asleep, my body doesn’t know how to “switch” modes from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic system. So I get jolted with adrenaline and a huge gasp gets let out and I feel like I am dying from a heart attack. It’s not sleep apnea. I am not even fully sleeping when this happens. It happens when my body relaxes for one minute when trying to go to sleep.
   
6. I get bouts of vertigo that come out of nowhere. I don’t know what causes vertigo, but I do know that I have fluid in my ears and very bad nasal congestion due to allergies. I hate these spells!
   

I am sure that there are plenty of other symptoms I have. I’m still not sure what “exercise intolerance” means. I thought it meant that you can’t sustain exercising, but then I thought it might have meant that you don’t see much of a change in your HR while exercising or even moving. If anyone can decipher and explain that to me, I would appreciate that education too!

I ordered a package of Hot Wheels Mustangs. Great condition, and a good price. It took a long time to ship, and when I got the package, it was wrong. Still Hot Wheels, but not so good, not the right cars, and not anywhere near worth the other things. The seller blocked me, so I couldn’t contact them in the first place. Facebook said that because they didn’t respond, they’d refund me, and they did refund me the full amount (price and shipping). I am still blocked by the seller and Facebook hasn’t given me a clear answer as to whether I keep the items or not. It’s been about a month. What do I do with the items?

Hello to everyone reading this. My name is Jule. I hope you have a nice day. Being shy and introverted led to me being single for all of my 29 years on this earth. I am also a virgin for the same reason and same amount of time. I intend to change this before I turn 30 next year.
Let me first tell you something about me, starting with my looks. I'm 1,75m (5'10) tall and weigh 100kg (220lbs). I have white skin, blue eyes, glasses and light brown hair. I go to the gym three times a week with slight success and I really enjoy working out. I also enjoy reading, sometimes even devouring one book in a day if I have the time. I love listening to music, alternative rock most of the time but sometimes I enjoy other genres. I also play the bass, albeit not really good. I can also be a binge gamer when a new and ineresting game comes out. The last time it happened was last month with the new Zelda. I would describe myself as a kind man with a quick wit. My humor can be quite dark and sarcastic. I prefer not to talk much if I don't know another person good enough but if I know someone, I can talk like a river. I'm slightly socially awkward so our conversation might be a bit awkward too.
Now just a little bit about who I'm searching for. You should be nice and understanding. I'm a bit of an overthinker so a patient woman would be ideal. It would also be nice, but not neccessary, if you would be willing to take over control and show me the ropes (if you are experienced). As long as you are over 18 I don't care how old you are. Ethnicity and looks don't matter as much as long as the traits I described above are there. It would be nice if you live near me or in Germany or one of the surrounding countries.
