I've been working with a number of customers moving from SCCM to Intune for workstation management and one of the pieces that they are asking about is how to match up the Update Ring to do reboots inside of "active hours" if for some reason the system was turned off during the maintenance period. For example, if updates are set to run at 6 pm on Friday and the user takes their system home for some reason, with SCCM, when the system comes back on, it updates and reboots. With Intune, it updates but won't reboot until it's outside of active hours. Is there a way to set this to reboot immediately once the update completes or is that setting for Quality updates only?

I'm so sick of my parents. I genuinely thought them being old parents to my brother will lessen the abusive environment that it was for me growing up. But it's worse. I'm glad I grew up in a playschool till the 6th grade. I endured abuse from my parents ocassionally till 6th grade and continously from 7th.
My brother did not grow up in a playschool. He's 10 and is growing up at home. He goes through so much.
Today he went through it again. By my father.
For coming home from a function and not changing & watching tv
for not asking "how are you" to my father's friend who my he's never seen in his life and for saying "why would I ask how are you to a stranger".
It's going to get graphic after this - for anyone who needs a warning.
He has scars on his hands from my mother scratching him for talking back and not allowing her to hit her & defending himself against her using his hands (he blocked her and her "ego" got her - her words).
Today he got hit with a scale, got pushed against a wall with a pillow on his body by my father.
I'm 21 and I've been suicidal my entire life - sometimes even now. But i lifted myself everytime. Only for my brother. The fear of what will happen to him if I actually left. and i'm glad i did. I'm scared if he might develop such thoughts too. I did not act on it because I was older than him when I was going through the abuse. He's young. I'm scared if these scars at a young age will develop harshly as he grows up - espcially since he's entering into teenage life. He's 10 and he's already run away from home to go sit in the park once after getting hit when he was 8.
I'm scared for my brother and i do not know what to do. I have plans for doing masters and leaving this hellhole with my brother to somewhere.
I study well for the both of us, hoping to get to some position & be able to fund his education in the future.
I gave up on suicide for him.
I gave up on serious contemplations of running away from my house, for him.
I started healing for him
I read parenting articles for him.
I became a better person for him, stopped myself from learning what I saw from my parents
I love the guy i cannot even begin to think what must be in that 10 year old kid's heart and mind. what he must be feeling. everytime i think about what he must actually be feeling for growing up in this place, i cannot deal with it, i have an anxiety attack. I'm really concerned about his thought process on the entire thing. He shuts down whenever i talk about this or tears fill up his eyes so i stop talking about it and calm him down.
I'm in a country whose laws gives zero fucks about abusive parents. So no, police is not an option.
The only option is for me to move out of this place along with my brother.
Fuck my mother and father, let them burn in hell. They have no one to go to for money during their old age except me and I sure know how to treat them then.

Hey! I have a odd problem. So, I can start the car and drive it for however long I want. Then intermittently, when I shut it off, it won’t do anything. If I let it sit for a bit, it’ll crank up fine and drive home. Alternatively, I have jumped it once when it was in that state. I thought it was a flat battery but the tester said it was fine. I also tried to crank it in neutral when it acted up but no dice. When they key is on when it acts up all the lights are on and the dash lights are on. Just nothing happens. I just wanted to ask incase someone has had this happen. It’ll help save me some time before I have to go in and start checking all the starting circuit and such.

This is a LONG post but, my 1y old bloodhound is possibly a German Shepard mix, what are yalls opinion? Vet says there's no way he's not full blooded but that was when he was smaller and had a lot more lose skin. I just feel like his temperament isn't indicative of a bloodhound. He's super hyper, almost so much so that we have trouble keeping up, he chews EVERYTHING he can get his paws on. He's literally eaten my kitchen torch, lighters, he cant keep a dog toy, we had to take his bed out of his kennel becasue he kept destroying them so now hes forced to sleep on the hard plastic of the bottom and if theres anything possibly sticking into his kennel he pulls it in and destroys it. He will literally get in trouble and go to another room and start chewing on something, and when we get up to get on to him and clean it up he will automatically RUN full speed to where we were sitting to steal either food or some other thing we have to chew up and destroy, doesnt matter how much we clean or how careful we are HE WILL FIND SOMETHING. We cant get anything nice for him because it gets destoyed. The cats dont have toys anymore because he tore them all up, plus even if they did have toys we cant play with them or odin will jump in and terrorise them. Had to pull string from his butt the other day and idek where he even got it??? Not to mention I've seen stuffing from his toys in his poop, though that is less and less... I know bloodhounds can be very hyper as well, i researched for weeks before we brought him home but I've literally never seen a dog act the way he does. He also cannot pick up the signals my cats give him to leave them the fuck alone. He thinks them hissing and growling and slapping him is playing and gets so excited with them I'm scared he's going to accidentally stomp on them. Generally he's decently behaved when just me or just my fiance are home alone, but when ive been with him all day and hes been good (he actually sleeps all day no matter how much i try to get him to get up and play with me) my fiance comes home and all hell breaks loose. Same situation when my fiance walks him; hes perfect, doesnt pull, isnt bothered by other dogs, but when I go with them he acts a fool. He's incredibly anxious, I can't take him to get his claws clipped because he will growl and he has nipped at people. And he refuses to let me do it and I've actually fractured the trust he has in me because me trying to clip his claws has traumatized him, and I was usually the person to clean his ears or bathe him which he slso hates.. Same with cleaning his ears. We've pet his paws all the time since he was a tiny thing, but hes never ever liked us touching his ears, which might have something to do with a slight ear yeast infection he had when he was little, we had to put this weird medicine in his ear and he HATED it. He's only drawn blood once but it was because he was in a friend's car he'd never been in, the windows were tinted, we were at a place he didn't know, and we asked our buddy who hed met only a few times before to check on him but he didn't open the door or anything, just stuck his hand through the Crack in the tinted window. It's absolutely NOT an excuse for him biting someone and I'm horrified he is going to get anxious and turn around and snap at someone we don't know which will put him on a bite list... He only ever acts like this when either my fiance or I one are not around. My dad has barred him from his house because he's scared to have him around the grandkids, which I understand. From what we'd seen he was good with kids, let them tug on his harness and all that, but we recently found out he had snapped at my nephew and since we'd all grown up around dogs it was swept under the rug as not a big deal, and the same with my fiances nephew, no one thought to tell us because it wasnt a big deal and it didnt even scare the kids and he didnt bite them. We genuinely don't know what to do or how to deal with this sudden anxiety based aggression... I thought maybe if he had German Shepard (he's either full blooded or Shepard mix, got him from my cousin who's female bloodhound got pregnant by either the Shepard or their other hound) I figured I could do some more research and change the training methods accordingly.... any suggestions will help, please. I cannot try and find a new home for him. I genuinely think if we tried they wouldn't be able to take his extremely hyperactive personality and he'd end up I'm a pound somewhere. Aside from the fact that it literally breaks our hearts to even think about the idea... we want to take him to training but we just don't have the money (we have plenty to take care of him along with all of our animals but a lot of the training classes around us are either trash places or very very expensive) if anyone has even the smallest amount of advice please please let me know.

I was recently terminated from bestbuy. I am a minor and was fired mainly because of 4 instances and breaking 2 major rules.
Instance 1: My mom bought a dishwasher with my discount, the sales manager checked her out (I was there) and she used her own credit card after rejecting the sales managers offer to get her own BBY card. This breaks the rule that she technically isn't eligible for my discount which I find annoying as the sales manager who has worked their for 20 years put my discount in.
Instance 2: I bought my grandma at a different address a fridge. When I did this It was on my dads card and the store manager came over and saw the transaction and override something (Some weird pricing thing) She saw it was not my card and may have seen that I was using totaltech to a different address. I did not receive compensation for this purchase as it was a gift from my family to her. This breaks the rule of total tech benefits applying not to my household.
Instance 3: I bought my other grandma new kitchen appliances. This one was rung out by someone else. It was a largeish purchase and this was rung out by another employee who wasn't a manager. Total tech install covered all appliances which was the problem but no one told me anything.
Instance 4: I bought a tv for my other grandma as a gift, the sales manager rang me out and I used totaltech to cover the install cost for her. This was also a problem
These four things were brought to my attention all at once and I had no other forms of warnings. I was fired and am wondering if I should appeal or if I should move on with my life. I did nothing intentional to harm the company and my actions were essentially "okayed" by management leading me to believe they were acceptable.
I did not report that management was present at these transactions during my investigation as I was so shocked by the situation and did not realize that.

i was never really recovered but i (for lack of a better word) relapsed pretty badly back in january. i spent the entire semester away from home and my eating habits have completely changed from a year or two ago. i spent this entire semester hoping that when i returned home someone would notice how different i am and how little i eat. how uncomfortable i am around food. but nothing. my moms been enabling me if anything. she always tells me how healthy i’m eating and how she just needs to eat like me to lose weight and not worrying when i say i don’t want dinner for the 3rd night in a row and just eating a bowl of broccoli an hour later. i thought she’d be concerned or worried. i was relying on someone to see me struggling before i asked for help. it’s like i feel like i need to be seen as sick before i can get any help. how am i supposed to tell her about how much i’m struggling when she can’t even see it? when she doesn’t even notice it? she won’t understand it. i just really hoped someone would be worried about me. it’s like i’m kicking and screaming in a silent room full of people and no one’s head even turns. i don’t know why i want someone to try and help me so bad. i know i would just fight and resist and regret it all. i would hate it so much and wish it never happened and wish it all stayed my little secret. but part of me wants to be swept up and told everything’s going to be okay. maybe i’m just delusional.
