2023.06.10 00:19 General-Comparison59 CC Research
Sorry long post... I am hoping to get a CC August or September. And wanted to get some thoughts from this community. I haven't had a dog in adulthood. I've had cats in the past. My hubby has a legit phobia of cats, its complicated. He's good with dogs though and I really would like a friendly little companion. I dog sat a bit recently. I am fairly confident on my ability to commit to training and grooming. I do not go into dog ownership lightly. I know it will be work especially in the beginning.
I'm looking for a dog that fits the following, in loose order of importance 1 allergy friendly, 2 City/apartment friendly, 3 not too stinky 😆, 4 not a big barker, 5 does ok with moderate excercise...doesn't need tons, 6 trainable, 7 unique. At the top is affectionate as well. After much research I think CC is a good fit... now thinking about hairless vs PP. Some of my thoughts/concerns.
Hairless- I'm a huge fan definitly unique. Like lack of hair for better hygiene. I live in a cold climate -30 to -40f in the winter. There could literally be a month or 2 of little to no outdoors. Plan on using Fresh Patch with outdoor potty when suitable. Have heat so not super worried there, but it can get very dry. I'd be good with skincare, but its still dry.
PP-my hubby likes them more, they weren't my preference as I was liking the uniqueness of the hairless but they are growing on me. Feel a pp would do better in my climate, concerned a little about hygiene and odors with long hair around private bits. I'd be on top of grooming. I love the super long hair, Afgan syle. Do they all grow that long or is it just some? Are there different textures of hair or are the straight ones just after a blow out? How difficult & time consuming is grooming a long haired PP?
Its hard to find info on PP when searching online. Hairless seem to get more of the attention, which kinda makes me want to give a pp a nice home even more.
Thanks for your input. I appreciate it.

2023.06.10 00:13 iggyiggz1999 We're joining the Reddit blackout on June 12th, to protest the planned API changes that will kill 3rd party apps
Hi all,
Recently Reddit Inc has announced changes to their API which, if enacted, will shut down many, if not all, 3rd party apps that a large number of Redditors use to access and enjoy their favourite communities - this one included.
One of the most critical changes to the API is that it is moving from a free to a paid model, resulting in expenses that developers of 3rd party apps simply cannot afford. To put the price change in to context, Apollo, one of the most popular 3rd party apps for Reddit, is looking at a cost of $1.7 million per month to continue operating. That's a cost of $12,000 per 50 million API requests. In contrast, Apollo pays Imgur $166 for every 50 million API calls.
This means popular apps like
Apollo,
Reddit Is Fun,
Narwhal and many more will have to shut down, permanently.
Even if you're not using a 3rd party app yourself, these changes are likely to impact the communities you enjoy as well, with the vast majority of moderation teams relying on 3rd party or self-made tools, that utilise Reddit's API. It paints a bleak picture of what is to come for those of us who use other tools, like Toolbox, Reddit Enhancement Suite and old.reddit.com.
Here's a little TLDR on why this is important.
So what are we planning? On June 12th,
we and a growing number of other subs - large and small - will participate in a blackout. Our subreddit will go private for 48 hours and during that time, you will not be able to view or post any content on
MicrosoftFlightSim.
This action isn't something we take lightly.
We understand that many of you enjoy coming here on a daily basis to keep up with MSFS, but we believe that we must take a stand on this topic - and this is how we can do so.
We understand that Reddit is a company that has to make money in order to offer us a place to be the community that we are - but killing beloved 3rd party apps is not they way to do it. We are not asking Reddit to provide a paid service for free - we are asking for reasonable pricing for apps that people have come to love and depend on to participate in their communities.
We can't tell you that the blackout will solve the problem, because we simply don't know. But we have to try.
What you can do to support this While subs going dark is one thing, regular users can help as well.
Reach out to Reddit via the channels available to you: Modmail
reddit, comment in relevant posts regarding the API changes, submit your comments via the contact forms.
Spread the word about the changes and the consequences where you can. Doesn't have to be on Reddit. The important thing is getting it attention.
Participate in the communities that highlight this issue:
Save3rdPartyApps,
apolloapp,
redditisfun,
getnarwhal/ And finally stay off Reddit completely from June 12th to 14th. The blackout is one thing, but users staying away from the site entirely will send an equally important message.
But don't forget: Don't be a jerk. As frustrating as this is, being toxic or aggressive is not the way to go. Remember the human on the other side of the screen.
Note: The decision to participate in this blackout was made solely by the moderator team of this subreddit. The participation in the blackout reflects the stance of the moderator team only, not that of Microsoft or Asobo. We don't claim nor offer an endorsement by Microsoft or Asobo. submitted by

2023.06.09 23:55 itsnotlupus /r/Money will go offline on June 12-14th to protest Reddit killing 3rd party apps and stuff
Hello everyone, as you may have already heard, a recent Reddit policy change is going to kill many beloved third-party mobile apps, making a great many quality-of-life features not seen in the official mobile app permanently inaccessible to users.
The Situation:
Check out this great infographic explaining what's happening:
https://i.imgur.com/27w7eTe.png On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader and numerous others. ('API Calls' are how apps get information from Reddit's main servers to present to you).
Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface. In addition, many 3rd party apps offer functions for those differently abled, such as blind users, functions that do not exist in Reddit's official app.
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.
What's the plan?
On June 12th, many subreddits will be going private (going 'dark') to protest this policy. Some will return after 48 hours, on June 14th. Others will go away permanently unless the issue is adequately addressed, since many moderators aren't able to put in the work they do with the poor tools available through the official app. This isn't something any of us do lightly: we do what we do because we love Reddit, and we truly believe this change will make it impossible to keep doing what we love. (Going private means means that only approved users will be able to access the subreddit. Since most subs don't use 'approved user' functions, this means basically no one will be able to access those subreddits during that time.)
The two-day blackout isn't the goal, and it isn't the end. Should things reach the 14th with no sign of Reddit choosing to fix what they've broken, we'll use the community and buzz we've built between then and now as a tool for further action.

2023.06.09 23:29 BigOk8056 Terrifying Weed Paranoia
Throughout highschool I had smoked weed relatively often, maybe once every few weeks and I was always able to handle quite a bit without any bad effects. I’d get extremely high, sure, but never uncomfortable.
One time however, me and a few friends decided to go to a beach to smoke some of their uncle’s home-grown weed. The tide was going out and the beach has extremely shallow water so when the tide is low you can walk like a kilometer out towards the sea over flat sand. We made a fire and had some hot dogs. Once the sun started to set my friend pulled out a joint and lit it. He warned us it was fairly potent so we all had a conservative hit and enjoyed the sunset. When it was dark we were all a little high and having a good time so we decided to smoke a little more. I'm not sure when exactly it happened but I started feeling uncomfortable. I couldn't put my finger on what was bothering me but we decided to go for a walk on the beach to do something to take my mind off of it.
We walked out towards the sea for a while and looking back at land I could see the fire on the beach with trees behind it silhouetted by the moonlight. I started having a good time again and was chilling. My friend started doing this thing where he'd draw a line in the sand and then jump through it, saying he just went through a portal. I did it too with him and it was a good bit of fun. We were basically imaging we were in another dimension, and I remember he pointed out a little cloud and called it a UFO, since it was illuminated by the moon. Because we were both pretty high it was entertaining and I sorta imagined it to be a ufo.
At some point through jumping through these "portals" I started becoming very disoriented. My high imagination was getting the better of me and I started thinking "maybe I really did go through a portal". My friends noticed something was up so the sat me down on the beach and talked to me. I closed my eyes and my friends voice seemed to teleport around me, almost as if I were spinning in circles as he talked to me. The direction of the voice would be illuminated by a white light in my vision when my eyes were closed. Very suddenly I felt extremely dissociated, and when I opened my eyes and looked back to the fire my vision seemed to pivot upwards, as if it was a TV screen folding up to the ceiling. This is when the paranoia became super intense.
I had many existential thoughts running through my mind, all along the lines of "am I a real person? Are my friends real people? How am I conscious if I am just a brain?". As you probably know, these thoughts on drugs can be very hard to describe accurately after the fact, and they can be extremely overwhelming and convincing at the time. As I thought these things I became increasingly disconnected from my body and convinced that all of reality was an illusion. That we were nothing more than a bunch of biochemistry in an organic body. I looked at my friends and I saw them as zombies, not hallucinating, but I "realized" that people were like animals reacting to the world around them based on stimuli and chemistry. Sort of like the "deterministic universe theory". This freaked me the hell out. On top of this I felt as if I had been stuck in a time loop for many many many hours. I felt like I'd never leave this terrifying dissociative state, and I was stuck there with all of these thoughts in my head forever.
As I was on this beach basically going insane I had these visions of different monsters on the beach with me. I can't say if they were real hallucinations or if I was imagining it with my eyes closed, but I saw thousands of people on the beach stumbling around like zombies. Guided only by the primal instincts that the chemistry in the brain dictates. Like a sea of zombies out of the walking dead, except they weren't dead or rotting. I saw this as if I were not in my body, but floating above because I was extremely dissociated. Again, my eyes may have been closed and I was just imagining all of this, but it felt very real.
I have a very hard time remembering exactly how long this all lasted, but it felt like a LONG time, to the point where I thought I had been like this forever and also I would be like this forever. The next thing I remember seeing was looking around me at this beach sandy beach which seemed to stretch infinitely in each direction other than the shore. I saw these one-eyed black blobs sprout from the ground. They had like a teardrop shape with a stump at the bottom. Look up "chuchu zelda phantom hourglass" and its basically a one eyed black version of those. There seemed to be hundreds of them on the beach.
I think it was at this point when my friends took me back to the shore. It was probably only like 10 minutes since I started freaking out but it felt like eternity. We had parked one of our cars there and had plans to be picked up by another friend after his night shift. I went and sat in the backseat of the car and I opened my phone to look at who had snap chatted me. I looked at the bitmojis and they seemed completely foreign and I couldnt assign a real person to each of them. I felt as if I had forgotten who I was and who I knew. I looked at photos of people on my phone and couldn't remember who they were. I then felt as if I had pissed myself. I hadn't, but that feeling kinda woke me up and I actually laughed about it and then promptly went back to freaking out. I kept telling my friend "make it stop" over and over again.
Eventually at some point my other friend picked everyone up and drove us home. I had a hard time falling asleep, although I was less panicked at that point.
In the morning I woke up and felt extremely strange. As if I was watching my vision through a screen like playing a video game. The next couple weeks were scary because I was very forgetful. I forgot where my friend lived when driving them home one day that week. I couldn't picture people's faces if I tried. I felt as if I wasn't real. I was terrified that I had broken my brain or that I was going insane.
The scary thoughts I had during that experience plagued me for two years. I found myself mulling over these existential thoughts that I couldn't put into words very well. I also felt very dissociated for a year, gradually getting better until 3 years after the incident where I finally felt normal. I went to therapy for it and it helped a bit, but I never found a magic cure to my dissociation other than just waiting it out. I also had semi-regular anxiety attacks for a while related to existential dread which I hadn't had before and haven't had recently either.
I have tried smoking weed a few times since then and the same sort of paranoia has happened, to a slightly lesser extent though. Most recently was 4 years after the experience and I had instant paranoia about the feeling of being high. I used to be able to keep up with my "experienced" friends when smoking weed but now I cant even handle a single small hit off of the weakest joint you can buy. I find it really interesting and that the experience instantly and permanently lowered my weed tolerance to exactly zero. I have also tried LSD and mushrooms since then and they were totally fine, no scary experiences there.
Every time I've told people this story they don't believe me that I had this time-loop effect. They also don't really believe that I saw those zombies or those monsters (neither hallucinations or imagining). They suggest that maybe the weed was laced but that's virtually impossible because it was home grown and I personally know the guy who grew it.
Anyway, roughly 4 years later I feel fine. The dissociation is gone and I don't have much existential dread. Not due to me finding any sort of answer or coming to terms with it, it just seemed to fade away by itself. Glad its all over now.
Anyone else have similar experiences with weed?

This subreddit will be joining in on the June 12th-14th (or longer) protest of Reddit's API changes that will essentially kill all 3rd party Reddit apps.
What's going on?
A recent Reddit policy change threatens to kill many beloved third-party mobile apps, making a great many quality-of-life features not seen in the official mobile app permanently inaccessible to users.
On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.
Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface .
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.
What's the plan?
On June 12th,
many subreddits will be going dark to protest this policy. Some will return after 48 hours: others will go away permanently unless the issue is adequately addressed, since many moderators aren't able to put in the work they do with the poor tools available through the official app. This isn't something any of us do lightly: we do what we do because we love Reddit, and we truly believe this change will make it impossible to keep doing what we love.
The two-day blackout isn't the goal, and it isn't the end. Should things reach the 14th with no sign of Reddit choosing to fix what they've broken, we'll use the community and buzz we've built between then and now as a tool for further action. What can you do as a user?

- Spread the word. Rabble-rouse on related subreddits. Meme it up, make it spicy. Bitch about it to your cat. Suggest anyone you know who moderates a subreddit join the coordinated mod effort at /ModCoord.
- Boycott and spread the word...to Reddit's competition! Stay off Reddit entirely on June 12th through the 13th- instead, take to your favorite non-Reddit platform of choice and make some noise in support!

2023.06.09 23:10 sludj5 How do u control mosquitoes inside the house?
One of the joys of parenthood - kids leaving the backdoor open, and now I've got an influx of uninvited mosquitoes inside the house. It's prime mosquito season here in Texas, and it seems like I'm their main target! The rest of the household isn't affected nearly as much as I am. I've tried mosquito repellents like coils and citronella candles, but they only provide temporary relief. Once they burn out, the mosquitoes that have taken refuge in the house corners sneak out and start their attack again. The zapper wont work much either. These buggers are smart. I'm in desperate need of a way to eliminate these pesky insects indoors. There are numerous outdoor solutions available, but it's indoor solutions that I'm after. Repellents only work for a few hours, after which the mosquitoes return. What do you do for killing these mosquitoes indoors. It's getting increasingly frustrating to constantly have to light these mosquito coils, and I'm worried about potential health risks. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated!

Where’s your favorite place to get seeds?
Would you rather grow indoors or outdoors?
I live in the Midwest are the current temps (high 70’s- low 90’s) good for outdoor growing or should I buy a grow tent and grow indoors?
What’s your favorite not super pricey indoor grow tent/set up?
What lights would you use for indoor?
What medium do you find is most successful?

2023.06.09 22:53 redalieninthesky Great Expectations, My Final Post.
You had expectations, I fell short of every one of them.
This isn't going to be a letter about who hurt who. Not is it going to be about my sexual wants and needs.
I'm finding this letter to be, one of the hardest things I have ever written. This letter is going to be about my truths and exposing my own lies.
I definitely lie when I say I'll be okay. I lie when I say don't worry about me. I worry about me.
I don't know what to do anymore. That's the truth. I've given all I can. Still spent more. I'm broke. Running on empty. I don't have a will or inner need to fight. I'm alone. I've always been alone. My WBC is 14,000. My kidneys are Stage 3. I can't eat. I don't sleep. When I do, it's nightmares. Not a single dream. Waking up is even worse. I'm instantly upset, I woke up again. The pain of this disease is eating away at me. Right down to the fiber of my being. I'm covered in bruises. Not even sure how they got there. My entire life has been a living nightmare. Fight or flight since the age of 4. Abused in every way. I've never felt safe. Nor heard. Or understood. Always kept at arms length. People say I love you, it'll be okay. They say you can always depend on me. While already having one foot out the door.
The only thing constant and definitely love. Is my love for my children. I've protected them from the horror's I've endured. Kept them away from family. The fucked up place I was born. Prevented them from being groomed since infancy as I had. Before this disease I worked two sometimes three jobs to make sure they had everything they needed and more. I gave them something I never had. A fair chance at life. That's why I stayed single and only dated once in a while.
The truth is. I actually fuckin Loved. I love you. I don't care if it's returned. I've never really been loved wholeheartedly and cared for. Actions speak. So do the eyes. Eyes tell all the lies. Nobody actually believes their own lies, yet live them. As if it's easy.
My existence has never been easy. I felt as if I had found permanence, when you asked me to marry you. A place to call home. A place where I felt love. Experienced family. I was building a foundation. I believed you. In you. I believed in us. Our own family. There wasn't a follow through. Don't feel guilty. I don't blame you. I've always been the dog everyone kicked.
Katie, and Des, and everyone who has bullied me. Labeled me a narcissist. A psychopath. Sociopath. Even had meetings and continues to do so. Group chats. Telling everyone around me, I am this or that. Looking down at me. Telling me I'm less than. Not worthy of love or a single care.
I must say. I don't care that I'm not like them. They're the ugly ones. They have nothing better to do than stir the shit pot. At first I was horrified. Now I find it entertaining. I'm even flattered. My existence far from them, seems to affect them. My existence gives them someone to hate. Someone to talk about. They put in so much energy into lil' ol'me. Projecting their own self hate.
I'll never look like them or act like them. Grown adults, who claim to be Christian. They say they know everything. Katie even thinks the earth is flat. Ignorance really is bliss. They're happy. Proud of themselves. Claiming to be everything holy and just trying to help. Help themselves. It's okay. I feel sorry for them.
I will never fit into a labeled box. I don't want to. Or feel the need to. I'm glad I'm not them. Living a colorless world. It would suck to be a walking contradiction. They live a lie. They're empty and plastic.
After all I've been through. All the pain. The suffering. I'm unapologetically me. Organic. Real. Uncouth. I live in truth. Beautiful lies are never going to be better than their ugly truths.
At least I can admit I hate myself. I can admit I'm flawed. I make mistakes. I've been sorry. The weight of the world has been uncomfortable, and messy.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Fuck that. I didn't want to have to be strong. I am weak. I'm dying. All alone. We all die alone. Anything obtained physically won't be tangible to bring with us when we Parrish.
You all put stock into all the wrong things. Go ahead and covet thy vanity. I'm ugly. Never strived to be pretty. I'd rather be real. My pictures are unfiltered.
Every scar, every freckle, and blemish is a reminder that I have experienced life. My skin has been kissed and bled. Left with reminders that I am me. I can't be more. I can't be less. I just exist.
My synapses firing faster than quantum computing. Organic, human shell. I feel ready to shed my skin. Ready to be reborn again. For now I'll just be. Sitting here bending time and light. Ready to bend space time. Welcoming my essence to rush along the intergalactic highway.
Love. Unrequited. Love. I tried it.
You all can simply Fuck off. I'll be okay. Don't worry about me.

2023.06.09 22:48 burner333162 My stepson is having anxiety attacks, my wife and I don't know what to do to help
My wife has a son (just turned 11) and a daughter (she's "basically 13" if your listen to her) from a previous marriage. I'll call the son Nick for this. He has some sight, but is legally blind. My wife and I married in January and moved in together at that time. Everything was good until mid April. Nick started having panic attacks whenever there was a bug in the house (he's always had an issue with bugs, something about not being able to see them makes him uncomfortable, but this was extreme). He got much more clingy with my wife, even though he's at that age where most boys start to distance themselves more from their moms. Then a couple weeks ago, he started having attacks right before bed, he shakes and can't fall asleep. He says he thinks he hears noises, despite the fact that we're in a very quiet neighborhood and their previous neighborhood had tons of traffic noise and weekly gunshot noises. He feels like someone is watching him, so we put a light in his room so he can see no one is in the room and we've been putting the dog in his room who will bark if anyone comes in, but he still feels too triggered to sleep. He basically stays awake until exhaustion makes him pass out. He otherwise can't point to anything specific, just bad feelings. We've tried doing what we can, reassuring him that he's safe, that nothing bad has happened to him in the house, using logic about the kinds of noises he might think he's hearing, calming music/stream noises, and more.
My wife had anxiety for years any time her ex communicated with her, which was a lot for about 8 years, apparently. She still gets PTSD symptoms when he messages her about something that isn't scheduled, like pickups for the kids. So she understands some of what he's going through (I don't, my life has been very blessed so I'm completely out of my depth here) and she has tried to explain everything to him and use that knowledge to reassure him.
We're trying to get him into therapy. He sees a speech therapist weekly to help with communication skills (there is so much to raising a blind child that you don't even think about, and communication issues are a big one) and part of that involves communicating emotions and describing your feelings. So my wife asked the speech therapist to go over some of that with him. After a couple sessions focusing on the anxiety, she decided he needed a dedicated therapist for that. So she put in a referral and the insurance company approved it. All that's left is for my wife's ex to sign the consent form, but he won't do it. He's a narcissist and was abusive towards my wife and he's always been against the kids going to therapy, partly because he still likes to exercise control over my wife whenever he can and partly because he's worried what the kids might say as child therapists are mandatory reporters in my state. My wife is currently talking with her lawyer to possibly file a motion with the court to force the matter, but that takes time. So, in the mean time, is there anything we can do for him?
Some things that might add useful context for his anxiety:
Because of a combination of my wife living in a small apartment and his infirmity, Nick slept in my wife's room until a couple years ago. My wife had a bunk bed for the kids that she found out after the purchase she couldn't assemble on her own, so I assembled it for her after we started dating. After that, he would sleep occasionally in his sister's room. I would usually visit on weekends when they're with their dad, so it wasn't a priority to move him permanently until we moved in together. But, despite him at first being worried about having to sleep in his own room regularly in a new house, he was doing fine until April.
My wife was rear-ended with both kids in the car in March of 2022. He was hurt fairly badly (some muscle bruising, no broken bones, but hit his head on the back of the driver seat), had to go to PT, and had low-grade anxiety about riding in the car for several months after. But he was doing well since about August/September, and he was never this bad while he was going through all that.
The first time he was unable to sleep, he had come back from his dad's house (they go there Friday morning to Monday night). I'm convinced something happened there, but that he doesn't have the context or vocabulary to understand what that might be.
He's nervous about going into middle school next year. He's been in a special class for blind children for the past 3 years and had a blind teacher and only like 7 kids in the class. His sister has been telling him about middle school and how hard the classes are and how many kids are in each class and how there's all these fights (she went to a pretty bad school, but they're both going to a much better middle school next year) and how he will have to go to a bunch of different classrooms throughout the day. So he's concerned about all that.
He's a, frankly, pretty weak kid. Physically, mentally, emotionally. He's always overreacted to teasing from his sister. Whenever you give him any amount of criticism, he shuts down. Whenever he encounters anything that is the least bit difficult due to his blindness, he just gives up (rather than cut his chicken or whatever, he'll take like two bites and then ask if he can be done with dinner). If you tell him that he can't have dessert or seconds or candy or whatever (he's overweight and eats like shit at his dad's house so my wife is trying to help him lose weight), he shuts down and looks like you just kicked his dog. He has trouble lifting things that an 11 year old should have no problem with (he takes swimming lessons and can't pull himself out of the pool).
His dad and stepmother basically ignore him. He sits in his room at their house and just watches/plays stuff on a tablet. Nick says he puts on YouTube on his projector in his room there until he falls asleep from exhaustion. The dad claims that he hasn't noticed any anxiety, but Nick and his sister say their dad hardly pays him any mind over there. They almost never go out and do any sort of activities, and half the times their dad did decide to go out, Nick gets left behind.

2023.06.09 22:45 Smart_Joke3740 Moving to Aberdeen this weekend - advice needed
Hey guys,
31M Moving to Aberdeen this weekend from the South of England on a permanent basis for work. Im being put up in a serviced apartment for a month & would be great to get some advice on the following:
Renting - where would you recommend for a 2/3 bed flat of a fairly large size and no parking issues? Budget can be up to around £1000 p/m exc bills. Also any good estate agents and any to avoid?
Pubs/bars - any recommendations for nice pubs/cocktail/whisky bars in the area?
Outdoors - I’m a huge outdoors lover and would regularly wild camp and hike. Looking forward to going to the Cairngorms, are there good hiking locations potentially closer? Also, any groups of outdoorsy people around Aberdeen that meet?
Meeting people - I’ve lived in England my whole life so all of my friends are going to be too far away to see regularly and I’m moving by myself. Are there any groups to meet some like minded people?
General tips - any general advice or tips about the city, or Scotland as a whole that might be useful?
Thanks
